Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack the instrument in its original protective case and shipping box, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
